This page was inspired by sketch 387 at Sketches in Thyme. I've been wanting to scrap these photos of our new house - one from April and the other from July The flowers and plants are all green and blooming and I have front porch decorations and what a difference three months makes! I matted the July photo and popped it up to draw attention to it.

I've combined Jen Hadfield's Home+Made collection with Pink Paislee's Auburn Lane and Fancy Pants Magnolia Lane collections. They're all very similar and they go so well together.

One of the challenges this month at Paper Issues is Stamp of Approval and I haven't used my stamps in a long time! I used the Looks Like Summer stamp set from Kellie Winnell.

I was also inspired by the Challenge YOUrself sunrise-sunset challenge. You guys know I love my summer months!

surprise lily.

I always scrapbook photos of my flowers from my yard every year. This year is our first year in our new house so most of the flowers were a surprise... none was more surprising than the surprise lily!

I came home from work and saw these gorgeous things.

My brother got married earlier this month and these were some snapshots we took on the shuttle bus to the church. I used mostly PinkFresh Just a Little Lovely on this page.

Monochromatic pages are tough for me because I love color! That's why it's called a challenge, right?

This one was for The Studio and I tried to stay strictly brown - even with my photo of my mom's chocolate Lab. I used a bunch of scraps and things from my stash. Thanks for looking!

Just a quick pic I snapped at my almost sister in law's bridal shower last month.

I was going through my patterned paper stash today and found this layout that I had pulled embellishments out... and stopped. I must have gotten interrupted. Anyway, I used the Whimsical collection from Paige Evans and this month's Scrap the Girls sketch.

My term with Spiegelmom Scraps ended last month, but this was such a fun team to be on and it really stretched my creativity. I wanted to be sure to include it in my scrapbook.

I played along with the More Than Words challenge this month. The word is happiness & there was a sketch as well.

I did an 8.5x11 page for my ballet album. This is the senior girls with our instructor right before our recital our senior year. A very happy time as our hard work all season was paying off in our recital.

This page is about my ballet instructor. I was in ballet for about 14 years, all through high school, and my instructor retired my senior year. So this was a very bittersweet year at our dance studio.

I used inspiration from sketch 183 at Sketch N Scrap today.

Instead of the strip of paper on the right, I used 3x4 cut apart frames stacked vertically. Then instead of using a bigger and a smaller photo, I used one photo and one cut apart card. I love using sketches as a starting off point and seeing where the inspiration takes me!

I loved using the Happiness collection from Cocoa Vanilla Studio for this SnapChat selfie on my birthday. Thanks for looking!

Hey guys! Today I'm sharing something special. Spiegelmom Scraps and Confessions of a Paper Addict combined this month with a new sequin mix and some gorgeous cut files!

I really wanted to use this sketch from Sketches in Thyme because I love Laura's sketches. I decided to do an 8.5x11 size page with this photo and use one larger photo instead of two smaller ones.

and then it all went downhill from there. I hope you can still see the resemblance of the sketch. Also, I couldn't photograph is straight for some reason so pretend like everything is square and straight :)

I used the Heart collection from Simple Stories for this one and was inspired by The Secret Life of Pets challenge at Paper Issues this month. I added some Shimmerz in Precious Metal, which is gorgeous!
