congrats! card [featuring Gelatins Stamps].

Hey Hey! I have a card to share this week. I wanted to use some of my Pink Paislee Secret Crush line & since Vday is over, I thought an engagement card would work! 

 
I used the heart border stamp along the top of the card & the sentiment "congrats!" as well. I've mentioned before this stamp set has a lot of options. Here's a look at it:
