Paper Wings Productions: Easter blessings

I'm on the PWP blog, The Aviary, sharing an Easter card today.

I used distress inks dried marigold and mustard seed to create the sky on my card base. For the grassy hill, I water colored with distress inks forest moss and peeled paint. I like that you can create some depth and the appearance of texture with water coloring.

My sentiment is heat embossed with ultra fine gold embossing powder from Simon Says Stamp! and my cross is stamped with Versa Fine. I colored the cross with Copic markers and fussy cut it.

Thanks for looking!
