For a sketch challenge.
Every day I learn something new, whether it's something I'd like to know or something I wish I'd never heard. Every day at work I take off your shoes, empty my bag, take off my coat & everything is searched. Then sent through an xray machine. Every day I walk through a metal detector & then get patted down. I sign out keys, get a radio, flip over my chit number, & count narcs & sharps. It's different & it's definitely not something I ever imagined I'd do. Work at a p r i s o n. But I like it. Different is what I needed.
Got my first one earlier this month on vacation in Florida. I've wanted one for a while (& by "a while" I mean since this summer, due to my quarter life crisis). I always said I'd never get one because I couldn't think of anything I'd want on my body for the rest of my life. Then during my quarter life crisis this summer I went to get one done... & couldn't decide what I wanted. I wanted it on my left hip & I wanted a swirly design with stars. I printed off some pictures & then never followed through.
